International Councelling

Welcome! I am an English-speaking councellor with a focus on burn-out and anxiety. As I went to school in the UK and worked abroad for several years, I am happy to offer councelling or coaching sessions also in English. As my husband is Dutch, we can also speak Dutch. Speaking in your mother tongue allows for a more authentic emotional expression, helping you feel understood and comfortable, especially when dealing with sensitive topics or stress.

Working and living in Germany can be very tricky, problematic areas could be:
